David Faulkner is the General Manager of Property Management for Property Brokers. Having worked within the industry for nearly two decades, he is an expert within the Property Management industry and has been largely influential in campaigning for regulation of the Property Management industry.

As the former Director of Real IQ, David successfully launched and delivered the NZ Residential Property Management level 4 qualification in conjunction with Skills Organisation. He is a former Chair of the REINZ Property Management Sector Group and he is the co-host of the Alternative Property Management Podcast.
